We recommend cleaning (sterilising) the machine every 4-6 months. Because our water is low limescale, you only need to use Milton or similar. Put a cupful of Milton into the top of the machine and fill with tap water until full. Leave for 1 hour, flush out 2 or 3 times with tap water to clean out the Milton, and then you are good to go!
