Where is the water sourced from?
Our spring water is sourced from Rocwell natural mineral water.
How do I store my drums of water?
We recommend storing your water drums in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
What is the cost for domestic water solutions?

Our machines start from €180 and that includes your first 3 bottles of water. You also have the option of buying 3 drums of water for €24. Our bottles are compatible with most machines on the market.

We require no deposit but insist you return your empty bottles to us. If you lose or dispose of your bottles after their use, then you will be charged €10 for every bottle not returned. You can return your bottles to us when we deliver your next order.

What is the cost for commercial water solutions?
Our machines start from €180 and that includes your first 3 bottles of water. Each additional bottle of water costs €6.50. Our bottles are compatible with most machines on the market.

We require no deposit but insist you return your empty bottles to us. If you loose or dispose of your bottles after their use, then you will be charged €6.50 for every bottle not returned. You can return your bottles to us when we deliver your next order.

How do I clean my machine?
We recommend cleaning (sterilising) the machine every 4-6 months. Because our water is low limescale you only need to use milton or similar. Put a cupful of Milton in to the top of the machine and fill with tap water until full. Leave for 1 hour then flush out 2 or 3 times with tap water to clean out the Milton, then you are good to go!
Does my machine have a warranty?
Your machine is covered for one year.
